History of NGCOC
Founded in 2016, New Generation Community Outreach Center (NGCOC) began as a small initiative in Richmond, Virginia with a mission to empower youth and strengthen families. What started as a grassroots effort to provide mentorship and safe spaces for young people quickly grew into a trusted community hub. Over the past nine years, NGCOC has expanded its reach and impact, responding to rising needs around youth violence, academic challenges, and limited support systems in underserved neighborhoods.
